The Nighttime WalkAs a group with Delaney, Bridget, Dirke and myself, we journeyed through Pike Place at night under the neon lights.
The Lights and The WaterThe sun had already set and the darkness quickly conquered the sky. The black sky meshed with the blue water to form a unique blueish-black color in the background. The lights from the market shown bright and proved to be a satisfying contrast.
The StareStanding on the corner of the roof of a parking garage in Pioneer Square, Eugene stared at the cloudy sky mixing with the traffic ahead of him.
The Rocky BeachDe-escalating down a tight path from Delaney's house, we walked onto a private beach as the sunset started. This was the first time I ever photographed a sunset, and the orange-tinted path leading to the sun proved to be special.
The AfterglowAfter the sun had settled over the mountains, I took one of my first long exposures to capture the remaining light that seeped through the mountain range. The red color in the clouds came as a suprise. I still have no idea how that color came out of the clouds.
